Hello Herren does not provide cash refunds for items at this time. In the case you are unhappy, or have changed your mind about your purchase, we will issue you a credit. Credit is only valid if you contact us within 7 days after receiving your items. All accepted returns must have original tags attached, receipt, and must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging. Hello Herren has the right to refuse the returned item if it does not meet our return policy requirements.

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable for all returned items. Hello Herren is not responsible for return shipping costs.

3. In the body include your name, and reason for your return.
   
4. An email confirmation will be provided.
5. Your return will process once we've received the returned item, and all return policy requirements are met.

 

Shipping Policy

Hello Herren ships USPS domestically. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days from the purchase date.
We are not responsible for missing/damaged packages due to postal service errors.

Shipping calculated based on order total:

• Orders under $35 - $3.50 shipping
• Orders under $75 - $5.00 shipping
• Orders including wrapping paper will include an additional flat rate of $7.50 - all wrapping paper will ship separately due to packaging requirements
• Free shipping on orders $75 or more
